“Selected Lyrics” brings together 100 poems by Nasta Kudasava, ranging from her early works written in 2001 to her most recent poetry.

Nasta Kudasava is one of the most prominent voices in contemporary Belarusian literature. Her poetry combines a deep respect for classical forms with vivid imagery, emotional precision, and a distinctive sensitivity to language.

The collection offers a broad overview of the poet’s creative journey, bringing together works from different periods and revealing the themes, moods, and poetic language that have shaped her writing over the years.

Kudasava is the author of the acclaimed poetry collections Majo Nevymaŭla and Pobach, both of which received literary awards and earned her a wide readership. Born in Rahačoŭ, she now lives in Gdynia.
