Delivery Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In case of a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, processing time may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier services, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

KROPKA is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages

KROPKA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
