Book "Whisper" Siarhiej Leskieć. Nine years ago, the author of the book conceived a grand journey into the world of Belarusian rural magic. His dream was to create a series of portraits of the bearers of the most secret and protected tradition of healing with the word. From village to village, through his travels, he sought out witches, healers, and herbalists.

In the book, the reader can get a taste of the journey and the almost-vanished world of tradition. The life confessions, healing practices, and all dialogues are conveyed in the dialects used by the healers in their daily lives. The book vividly combines field notes from the author's expeditions with his travel journals.
