“Noradrenaline” is a science fiction novel set in a future where technology has transformed medicine, society, and human behavior itself.
In a vast metropolis, diseases are treated automatically, life expectancy continues to grow, and emotional states can be regulated at the hormonal level. Social stability depends on predictability, while human behavior is carefully managed and monitored. Within this system, the protagonist works in a structure that operates above the police, dealing with the crimes and decisions society considers unavoidable.
Written by Jaŭhien Anaškin, the novel explores free will, morality, responsibility, and the consequences of rational decision-making. Through a world where every choice can be reduced to a logical calculation, the story asks whether ethics can truly be explained by reason alone and what remains of a person who can justify any action through logic.
“Noradrenaline” is the first book in a five-part series about one possible future of humanity, the inevitability of consequences, and the burden of responsibility.
